DEBIT ORDER *****

On the 12th Dec 2015,i received a call from a lady at a call centre service,telling me my number was randomly selected for shopping vouchers,i then said NO THANK YOU,I AM NOT INTERESTED and ended the call,only to notice on 17th Dec a R289 went off my bank account.Did some research and was told its Yongimali - ***, (SAGE151217) after speaking to Jake, who will be doing a refund, who promised me my money will be returned in 3 to 4 working days.I am not happy about this!I want all my money back and stop taking my money!STOP CALLING ME!!!you people are *****ing!!!
