Approached this architectural service from Sifiso Majola owner ofcompany. Brief was for him to draw a plan for an existing building and in addition I requested that he includes plans for a boundary & retaining wall.The plans were submitted to the Outer West Municipality Durban in August 2022.I paid him in full deposit and second payment after submission.Fast foward a year later 2023. I started making inquiries & recieved all kinds of excuses from Mr Majola. I then decided in 2024 to make inquiries myself at the Mimicipality.I was told a letter was issued to Mr Majola in June 2023. I then followed up with him as it was noted that he only submitted the perimeter & retaining wall plans and not the existing building plan which was my Main request. He is now uncontactable on all his numbers,does not answer calls or emails yet has the audacity to view my whatsap statuses. It turns out he is not registered with the SACAP & using a fictitious registration number. I gave paid I'm in full & have to start the process all over again. I am made to believe he has conned many more people.
