BOGUS ARCHITECTURAL SERVICE( YONGASAVE PROJECTS)

I consulted this service of Mr SIFISO MAJOLA ( trading as Yongasave Projects) in August 2022 requesting a plan to be drawn up for an existing dwelling. I also added a request for a boundary and retaining wall to be drawn as well. I gave him a full brief of what i required mainly the drawing of the existing dwelling. I signed and paid the deposit as per the written agreement. Relying on his expertise( Mr Sifiso Majola). Plans were submitted in September 2022 to the Outer West Municipality. I paid the second fee to Mr Majola. Fast foward August 2023 almost a year later having not received any progress report , i contacted him via whatsap several times and he told me that there has been a delay on the Municipality side. I eventually went to the Outer West Municipality myself in May 2024 only to find that a letter had been issued to him to a different e mail address: *** in June 2023. After following up myself with the Municipality to my dismay that Mr Majola only submitted plans for the perimeter wall and retainer wall. The main plan of existing building drawing were never submitted. I have tried to contact him several times by phone , by whatsap . At this stage he is avoiding my calls and not responding to whatsap messages. It was also noted by the Municipality that he is not registered with the SACAP , yet he has placed a registration number M13400. He classifies himself a Professional Architectural Technician yet does not appear on the SACAP register of Architects and Draughtsman which leaved doubts if he has an Architectural qualification or not. I trusted Mr Majola as he was recommended by the employees at the Municipality office but seems he is a *****ulent, unreliable , dishonest and a rogue person who preys on vulnerable people. He has been paid almost in full yet he has honored the job that he said he will do. Following his advise i also paid R4000 to a Land surveyor and another R4200 to an Engineer associate of is. On the plans a different engineer name appears and not the one that i paid . Mr Majola is obviously a rogue, a **** , dishonest , highly ************* person running a *****ulent business and conning people out of their money. I advice anyone to look out and be highly alert of his bogus company ' Yongasave Projects . I have also reported him to SACAP as a person who is practicing *******ly obviously does not have the qualifications nor skills to do the correct job.
