YOLO telecoms - dissapointing

YOLO telecoms is a JHB based IT support company. Our 3 year contract comes to an end 29 Feb 2020 and we shall not renew the contract based on poor performance by their top management. We often highlighted to them how important personal engagement is to us, yet they never heeded our call. Of late we had frequent internet downtime and no reaction from YOLO. They should provide a pro-active service which we never got - always reactive. Their staff turnover is also of concern and the "good" technicians tend to never stay long.
