No delivery & No refund!!!!

It's been 5 months now!!! I had gotten tired of waiting for the tank and promises of delivery but just not showing up. I requested a refund(don't want to even think of what after sales service might be like). It was agreed that I would receive payment over a 3 month period. All I have been getting is excuse after excuse, never receiving proof of payment , calls being avoided....my list of frustrations can go on! I basically have had him ***** my money, as I received nothing for it, nor my money back now! <br> <br> I'm looking for an address to send through a letter of demand, if anyone can help?
