NEVER AGAIN BUY AT YOKICO.

Good day End of February 2024 i went to Yokico to buy a bag because it look beautiful and stunning for my child.. 3weeks goes by and the bag is broken. 1March 2024 the exchange it and give me the new bag less than 20 days the same with that bag.. alot of money just for a bag that last weeks .. The saleslady told me that the bag shall last 3 to 4 years.😡. The area manager says that the child didn't use the bag for the right purpose she dragged it... It's for a child... Now she must walk with that bad quality bag... Never in my life wil i invest my money in that store again. NEVER EVER
