Poor customer service. Specific bag was out of stock in-store. The lady took my details and said that she would phone me the following week when stock arrives and keep the bag. Nobody phoned when the stock arrived. Went into store today to ask about the bag. The sales assistant said that everything is sold out (of the new stock that arrived). I told her that someone was supposed to phone me and they were supposed to keep a bag aside. She didn’t even know where the book was where I left my phone number, name and bag description.
