Cheap and low quality trolley bags!

Bought a trolley bag on 4 Jan 2024 and not even 2 weeks later it was damaged.

My daughters bag tore on both sides where her water bottle goes and they tell me its because she was dragging it on the side, even though I explained multiple times that I CARRIED the bag for her.

They don't care that you feel cheated or grievanced with the poor quality considering how expensive their bags are. They have poor customer service, from their shop in Mall of the South, right down to their online support.

I even explained that this is not my first bag with them and the first one did not wear out so quality. I've even gone back to using the older one since this one is torn now.

Don't waste your money buying from them or expect any care from them.
