Yoinks lack of customer care and satisfaction

Horrible experience granted that the item I’ve ordered might not seem significant, but for me it’s an item import enough to test whether or not I can trust online purchases.

My experience with said company has convinced me otherwise, as they fail to update you on your shipment.

Yes they have a tracking option on their website but I’m pretty sure when the product has been ordered months ago you as a organisation take it on yourself to reassure the aggrieved customer.

Radio silence on their end, their WhatsApp is just as useless. I wouldn’t be recommending them to anyone in my circle.
