Unhappy with this companies service

I ordered a 12 volt fuel pump for a VW. It took 2 months to arrive from overseas and then was kept for longer at customs. Eventually I received it BUT it was not what I ordered.I wanted an inline pump ,not submersible.I sent them an email and they keep telling me that my query has been escalated .I have had no feedback. I paid R461 . I have asked them to collect the wrong one and supply me with the right one or refund me. Their numbers are impossible to get hold of *** and ***.I sent about 5 emails and each time the respond by saying "we have received your email and will get back to you" but nothing further ever happens.
