Unacceptable ****-Like Service – Still Waiting for Refund!

I placed and paid for my order on 30/07. By 26/08, after hearing nothing, I had to email for an update as the order only showed “consignment en route to SA.” I was then told my payment could be refunded. Yet here we are on 15/09, and I still haven’t received a cent back.

After reading through other HelloPeter reviews, it’s clear this is not an isolated incident but a pattern of behavior. Many others have also been left waiting, out of pocket, and ignored. This company’s way of operating is disgraceful, deceptive, and utterly unacceptable.
