Steer clear of this company

I ordered online and paid for my order from this company on July 4 2025. Over the course of the next two months I wrote e-mails to request updates on the shipping of my order, everytime I got this response: "I am checking on this order and will provide feedback ASAP." Not once did I actually get feedback. On 25 August I asked the company to cancel my order and refund me as I have still not received my order or even a status update. The next day I got this response: "Cancellation request received and escalated for processing." It is three weeks later now, still no refund and no communication as to the status of my transaction. I would advise anyone to steer clear.
