My worst Online experience so far

I wish I had read the reviews about this company before I placed an with them. Everything a number of people have written about them has come true for me.

I simply wanted a replacement remote for my apple tv. I saw options on Takealot and Amazon but decided to order with Yoink. Since the day I ordered, 28th of August, till today, 1st of October (more than a month later), I am yet to receive a SINGLE notification about my order. I have written to their customer support, and I have not gotten any feedback either. It just feels like one simple just threw money away and that there are no human beings on the other side of the transaction.
