Bad service - Do Not Use THEM

I placed two separate orders with Yoink over four months ago. To date, neither order has been fulfilled or shipped.

The primary issue is the complete breakdown of customer communication:

Phone: I have attempted to call multiple times, and the phones are never answered just go to voice mail .

Email: While the initial response to my query emails is quick, it is always the same generic reply: "We will check and revert back to you shortly." Following this initial email, I receive no further communication or resolution. The pattern is always a promise to revert, followed by complete silence.

I have spent over a three months chasing two paid orders and have been met with ghosting from the customer service team.
