Bad Business Processes

Ordered Product, was first told it was in stock, then it change to it will be here in 21 days, then not updates at all, then when queries said it was at customs. then after 10 days nothing. was told I could get a refund and not been waiting 3 weeks for a refund and nothing.

I would not buy from this company at all.
