42 day with no delivery - Misrepresentation of availability and the time it would take to receive the order

I placed an order for a LED screen for a Google Pixel 6 Pro on 6 May 2025. I was very excited, as this was the only South African website I could find that sold these screens. The item was listed as “In stock with supplier”, and at no point was it indicated that the stock would need to be imported.

This was an urgent repair that needed to be made, and it has now been 42 days since I placed the order. I have still not received the item, and there has been no update or indication of when I can expect delivery.

I believe this amounts to a serious misrepresentation of availability. Had I known the item needed to be imported, I would not have placed the order. The owners should be ashamed of their conduct.
