Yoga International ****med me

I signed up for 30 days' free yoga to trial, and had to surrender my banking details. I hadn't finished the 30 day's free trial and they debited my account. When I went onto the site to complain, I had to use the chat box and they say they reply in a day and they didnt. So then I sent an email but got the message to use the chat box. I also used their Facebook page but no help came. I am extremely frustrated and feel completely ****med.
