I paid R572 for their skin tape product and R125 for shipping (this was express shipping of 4-7 days) and I paid R48 for shipping insurance. That was on the 20th of January 2025. It's been 22 working days since and I've received nothing since - no tracking number, no delivery. Sienna (she calls herself the "Founder" of Yofi) emailed me on the 3rd of February saying "I just checked on your order, and it’s been packed and set to ship ASAP. You’ll have your tracking info within approximately 48 hours." She even offered me 25% off my next order for the inconvenience. But alas, still nothing has come of that. Lesson learnt and a very disappointing experience.
