YODEL UK COURIER ITEM ****** BY YODEL DRIVER

My review is about Yodel UK courier company i would not recommend any person to use Yodel to deliver a item their drivers scan items away from the exact location and then report it was delivered to safe place, the picture the support team sent me was a picture of my parcel in their drivers hand im assuming his hands are the safe place when i asked to look into the matter they claim they have asked the driver for informatiom but he cannot give further updates why dont they send driver back to where he has left my parcel and bring it back to Yodel to re-deliver, they deliver items with no signature so they dont ask the person who recieves the item to sign or put a name down i realy hope that they stop robbing people of their money bad company bad leadership gives birth to bad employees
