Horrible service

I rearranged for delivery for today because I was told the parcel requires my signature. I specifically asked them to deliver between 11 am and 2 pm as I am travelling this evening. Now I am being told that the driver has 50 more stops to make and will likely deliver at 9 pm. So I wont have my parcel today then. This is unprofessional and inconsiderate service. I am horrified by the service
