ZERO Customer Support!!

Absolutely useless company! ZERO customer support whatsoever! I signed up 2 months ago for them to handle my payments for my company and then suddenly it was taken away without a single word! When enquiring, I was told that they had started new systems of verifying new clients and the they had made a mistake by putting my account in with the new clients which only happened a month after I had signed up. Since then absolutely no one can even tell me how long this process is going to take! They didn't even offer to handle this case immediately as it was their mistake. Since then it's been endless AI chat robots sending absolutely useless emails saying absolutely nothing! Good luck even trying to get hold of a human!! This is going on for 3 months now! I would NOT trust this company to handle the payment system for my company! BE WARNED! There is absolutely ZERO Customer Support! Can you imagine what would happen if they handled your payments and they made a mistake? Good luck trying to get hold of anyone, let alone correcting the mistake! They're useless!! I'd rather use Payfast as they are far more professional!
