My sincere thanks to Charmaine. She had so much patience. I tested my Yoko device the night before I attended a Flea market and it was fine. When I got to the flea market it would not work and so I was very stressed. Charmaine walked me through getting my Yoko going again. Thanks Charmaine, great service a always from Yoko.
