Yoco's service is so outstanding and professional

Yoco's service is so outstanding and professional. During December holidays I had a problem with the bank not reflecting the transaction YOCO reported it deposited. As I communicated with YOCO, it took effort to send me the proof of transactions in question. I was able to send it to my bank and we found out that the problem was with the bank and not YOCO. The bank was not fully operational during holidays and it took it three days during holidays in December to reflect my transactions. YOCO's service remained prompt during holidays and it is able to solve the clients' problems even if it is not responsible. I like it. YOCO stays with me in times of need.
