Yoco - worst support ever
Worst service I have ever experienced from a company - you wait forever on the line to chat to someone that promises to help but never does. I have had my devices for over 2 months and I have never been able to use them because the "so called support" team have never assisted me. I am now trying to return the devices and that seems to be hard for them as well!

I've tried to give you a call on your cell but the line doesn't seem to ring. I've seen your two card machines have now been allocated to two separate profiles with two different email address. Please let us know if all is in order or not? I will try and call again but if you could confirm your contact number or provide an alternative, it would be helpful, thanks so much.

My cell number has not changed, you guys call once and give up?? I have a business to run and if I am with a patient I cannot answer! IT IS NOT IN ODER! I want the machinces collected and refunded!
