YOCO SUCK!!!
The service levels on getting through is ridiculous. I've been on hold for 30min. The chat service is worst. They respond after 5hours...what the hell kind of business is this. I've been with you for 5months, i just can't with you guys anymore!! My machine just stopped working during the busiest time of the month!!! You are inconveniencing my client and my business as a whole!!!! And your customer service is non existent!!!!!

03 Oct 2022, 09:56Firstly, the contents in your response has no relation to my reason for calling. And may i had, im calling today again, im on the line as we speak, I've been on hold for 24m32sec to be exact. I must add a business that answers a sales call in less than a minute, but customer service calls or placed in a queue for hours, are very questionable business ethics. Im fed up with YOCO, and im at the point where i want to take my business somewhere else!!!!!!
