Yoco stated explicitly across multiple sites that there cash advance does not require credit checks nor effects your credit record. I recently did a cash advance and low and behold I got a notification of a credit check performaned. I would have never requested the funding knowing there was credit checks. Its not what they sold me. Its false advertising and misleading to us consumers
