Yoco Payment system failure will leads to business closure. Not receiving payouts!

YOCO is crippling my wife and I business. Started using the Khumo device this September and we are yet to receive a payout. Address still not confirmed from their side and the payment date keeps shifting. The business is now on the verge of collapsing because we can't buy stock or pay rent. Their communication channels lead to nowhere. Calls are answered for hours on end. the chat bot takes you nowhere. We regret buying the YOCO device, this was worst decision ever and could lead to the demise of our business that we painfully revived it after covid.
