Yoco overcharging
I got a card payment of R8900, yoco only transfered to my account R8598,06, fees are to high they are lien to us that it's 2,95% and 2,75% when they are charging more, very disappointed especially now that December is here

Our rates, also shown on our official site, is 2.95% excluding VAT.Including VAT, it is 3.39% per transaction. You can visit https://www.yoco.com/za/fees/ for more info on our fees and how they work. 16 Nov 2021, 10:21That's correct, yes. If you are VAT registered, you can update your profile to VAT registered as well. Visit your Yoco Portal here: https://portal.yoco.co.za/business/details
Add your VAT number and change default tax to VAT (15%) and be sure to click on Save.
