Yoco not explaining their services
Yoco closed the account of one of the businesses I invested in, without explanation. Despite numerous queries to them to find out what is happening, I still don't know why they closed the account. So this company is now unable to receive payments and the last purchase of stock has been reversed by the client, without returning the stock or explaining what was wrong.
It seems that Yoco cannot be trusted therefore to provide services to small businesses and I shall advise startups and businesses in future to not use them.

Tina Rose sells a range of cosmetics, mostly at markets, and via agents. I have requested repeatedly for assistance, without response. I would like to sell these machines to another company and have reached out numerous times, but Yoco won't speak to me or respond to my questions.
