Yoco Neo R999 machine purchase

I bought a Yoco Neo swiping machine online for R999. I paid using a capitec business card on 12 July 2024. Ever since, I never received any correspondence thereafter. We are in August now, No communication as to when i will get the machine. Their website has no contact number, you have to chat them via a chat.

On 1 AUgust I chatted with Rieshka who insisted i send them proof of payment and I told her I did the payment using a card, and I showed her my capitec statement transaction that portrays the description with Yoco, Capetown and the amount. Since it has been escalated, no response from them.

I really need the machine as this is my second purchase, the 1st one I bought it through Takealot and even though it took time to arrive, at least i received their parcel. I know Hellopeter once helped me in 2018, I hope I will be helped again in this matter
