Yoco Neo cracked glass screen
I accidently dropped and cracked the screen of my Yoco Neo Touch, Yoco confirmed that they do not " replace parts of the machine nor have a repair store" So beware of Yoco!!

11 Jul 2024, 14:25Hi Des, thanks for reaching out to us. In our terms this type of damage is not eligible for a replacement. If a card machine is damaged due to negligent/improper handling, it will only be replaced once you have paid the advertised retail price for a new card machine.

I did not request or expect a replacement card machine.
I would have liked the glass to be replaced but it appears that YOCO are not able or willing to offer this service and only want to sell new card machines.
