Yoco machines broken in a year
We switched over from FNB because they offered us better rates, then they went and changed the rates almost 2 weeks in. There was no paper trail and no documents signed. Their phone calls aren't recorded so there's no record of anything and their staff can say whatever they want to to you. There's a reason why governance in financial institutions exist and we switched back to FNB within a month of using Yoco just because we missed that level of governance.
We continued to occasionally use the 3 Yoco machines we had left and miraculously they all lasted almost a year exactly. They are all now broken. Guys, go to your bank who is listed on the JSE and thus held to a higher level of scrutiny and contact them for credit card machines. Yoco is not the one.
