Yoco machines become obsolete without informing customers!

I bought this card reader brand new in 2019 only to find that it says system tampered with. Upon calling Yoco, their response was that the card machine was done away with and I had to purchase another and they apologise that I did not receive updated. After spending R3000 on a machine , I think there level of customer retention is shocking. Talk about failure to upgrade a product for clients to retain their support. I would not recommend YOCO.
