YOCO KHUMO SWOLLEN BATTERY NO SPARES

I reported a Yoco Khumo device, where the battery has swollen, to Yoco support and they say that they do not sell replacement batteries and say that you must buy a new device. How are they even allowed to sell you these devices if they can't provide spares. The other thing is a swollen Lithium battery can explode. DO NOT BUY OR SUPPORT THIS COMPANY.
