Yoco Khumo
My new device was delivered to me and I tried to connect but it kept on giving me a Back Cover Warning, which you can Ignore to continue but I Reseated the cover 3 x without luck, if you ignore it, it gets stuck on Searching for 4G networks for hours, If you change the Network settings it goes back to Back cover warning, ignore and searching for network untill it times out.....eventually got the support on Whatsapp and after downloading updates and fixes, they still could not get rid of the Back cover problem....Then Yoco told me they will replace the device......Well two days later, I received a new device and returned the old one..........Same problem.....Back cover Warning and cannot connect.....Yesterday I lost a lot of money due to the device not connecting.....I had an iKhoka previously which worked a 100 times better than this **** Yoco Khumo....the only reason why I changed was that the Yoco has 2 built in sim cards (MTN and Vodacom) and the iKhoka use blue tooth to connect via your phone which is a schlep as I am a Walking Tour Guide in the City of Cape Town and we do not have a fixed place, I have to accept Card payments from different locations, hence why I do not keep the device switched on and only start it up at the end of every tour. I will rather go back to iKhoka with Blue tooth....at least it wirks every time....Yoco is the worst product...
