Yoco is useless
USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Refuses to help. Its apparently too difficult to resend an email with a statement.
False advertising too... I have been paying monthly fees even though they say "no fees"

12 Sept 2023, 13:33Hi Alandri, we sincerely apologize for the service that you've experienced with us. It is never our intention to disappoint.
Please elaborate on the difficulties you're referring to when sending an email with a statement so that we can assist accordingly.
Kindly note that we don't charge monthly fees, however, you do pay a transaction fee when you transact. This fee is max 3.39% incl VAT and will decrease as your transaction volume increases. The transaction fee is charged as there is a cost to Yoco to provide the service of processing transactions and settling the money into your account. In other words, we charge a handling fee due to inter-bank and processing costs.

12 Sept 2023, 14:01The website and app on my side gives issues.
I asked for a new email to be sent and Thabang just keeps telling me the same **** over and over.
I was supposed to go to the bank today with these papers and now I wasted an unpaid leave day and need to take another.
I asked why the Cash Advance is not made available and he ignored it like a taxi ignores a stop sign.
I'm not happy and will be looking for a different service provider.
Will make sure everyone I am in contact with will also leave Yoco
