Yoco is the worst.!!

Yoco has the worst customer service. It is quite dissappointing to k kw such a leading brand cannot follow up with customer queries. First, we wait over 10mins to get through to the support centre, who then cannot assist. I have asked and called them many times to get the risk team to call me back in regard to my query. Until date there is no communication. Furthermore a department within yoco that has no contact as well.

Advise is don't go with yoco...rather ikhoka and fnb for merchant service.
