Yoco is taking to long to switch my sole trading company into my new PTY (Ltd)

Yoco is taking to long to switch my sole trading company into my new PTY (Ltd), the paperwork needs to be scanned, then the IDs needs to be taken pictures of and sent in via the registered cell phone number, then the process will take 2 days, then after 2 days I receive an email with a few instructions, once i followed these instructions, then the email declares "THAT`S IT - YOU`RE ALL DONE! with some more irrelevant literature about how the card machines are now ready to be transferred, except no one needs to transfer anything, because the existing sole trader was updated to read as the new company on the portal.

I am then told after another phone call to then, (they never call) that it would take another 48 hours to have my Yoco trades pay into my company account and no longer into my personal account....................

Then I put it to the consultant that I have already jumped through all of their hurdles and have submitted all the paperwork, so how long should I wait now? Then I asked for an address to visit after the next 48 hours should the changes not reflect (because you know, after the first 48 hours the accounts where still not corrected) then I am told that Yoco`s office is in Short Market Street in Cape Town, that`s nice, I`ll book a flight here in JHB and fly to Cape town after 48 hours............

Anyway, after more clarification I am told that Yoco has an office in Parkhurst, but that the consultant could not tell me whether of not this office is staffed because Yoco is working in a HIBRATE fashion home/office/work/car/coffee shop/wherever there is internet.

Here is the thing, Yoco, I don't care about your imaginary hurdles, issues, staffing issues, empty offices pushing up fees. I don`t I care about my business and at this time you are delaying my trading, you are costing me immediate transfer bank fees from my personal account to our business account, and you are causing me not to be in my kitchen leading my team.
