Yoco is a ****

Yoco stopped paying out our balances over a month ago after we accepted an international payment. I had to contact them seven times before they responded that I need to submit an invoice for the specific payment which I did. They still have not unblocked the account. All support queries goes on deaf ears and I never receive any response from Leeroy, the supposed "employee" who deals with this. They also do not answer their phones.

I would be very wary of entrusting this company with my payments. They are most likely running a ****
