Yoco is a no no for me

Purchased a yoco device for our business and everything seemed seamless and easy until the money needed to be paid over to our bank account, that's when we are informed the registration is not complete as some documents are outstanding. Why did you allow us to transact in the first place. The support team is also very unhelpful and *********** everytime you interact with them they are escalating. Very angry and frustrated.
