Yoco holds funds and hasn't resolved issue

I purchased a Khumo devise in August and started using it in my business on 1 Sept 2022 Aftet numerous e mails and attempts to contact Yoco for the issue to be resolved I now have 10 days takings trapped in my device and am unable to pay bills and rent now at month end
