YOCO has NO customer service

I have a YOCO card machine and have been trying to contact their support team for months now without any response. I am trying to change ownership. They were quick to tell that I have to first contact them but they do not answer any emails or queries sent. They were full of promises and guarantees when I bought the machine but one you have it the service dies with the promises.
