Yoco false advertising

Yoco is THEE worst card machine supplier in Sourh Africa!!!!! The app does not allow you to speak to a human being and does not address your questions. I don't think any one actually reads or check the messages. After 4 days my account is still not verified. False marketing!!!! I can't get back to the option to reupload everything and nothing from the YOCO app or business to say that they notice its taking longer than the promised 3 days. I'm loosing clients and business. They don't care because they got their money for false advertising. That's what you get when you go cheap!! Stay away!! These people running the company has no concept of customer service.
