YOCO device frustration
I purchased YOCO devices last year and they were registered with confirmation emails. Clients shipped in December and January. The funds are not in my account yet. I have been getting the run around since then.

I would like to understand why it has taken so long to resolve. Further, Presda school is working well. Please check for Sedaven Primary, Sedaven High School and West Rand school. Why would you activate the one and not the other since they are all under the same management. Also advise on the termination process.

Please bear in mind that the email addresses we have are the ones you have signed up with so it is imperative to ensure that you enter the correct details and check before submitting during the signup process to avoid not receiving emails due to them not being delivered to you.
Please note that all the profiles you have with us need to undergo the same verification process even though the same details that you used to sign up were provided for all the profiles. If your additional profiles are missing any documents then unfortunately we will not be able to approve that particular profile until you have provided the required documents even though your other profiles with the same details have been approved for safety reasons.
The Sedaven High School profile has not been fully onboarded and we see that an email was sent to: *** on 18-08-2022 stating the following:
"Thank you for your upload however in order to verify your bank account we will kindly require a signed resolution stating the following information;
• Confirmation that the applicant signing up is a signatory on the bank account
• Agreement by all members for the purchase of the Yoco Card Machine
If you are a registered NPO, please provide us with your NPO registration number

The emails that were provided upon sign-up seem to be incorrect as none of our emails were delivered. Please update all the emails from your profiles by sending an email to our support team with the account holder's ID and the new email addresses that need to be updated for each profile and we'd be happy to assist you with this.
