Yoco - Customer Service Satisfaction

I had some issues with my Yoco profile for about 2 months, spoke to many consultants with to no avail. Today I had the great pleasure of having it resolved by Iesa Cupido! He stayed on call for 36min to navigate me through the process and now my machine is on its way. Great customer service and personal skills Iesa. I'd support Yoco just because they employed a caring real human. Thanks a stack!
