Yoco customer service is not great and they do not keep their promises.

I have various issues with Yoco, but I am now struggling to get an explanation for R8000 which has been deposited in my account as an Yoco Advance Transfer and the deduction of a full 25% on last income deposit. When contacting them I finally managed to contact them via watsapp and did not get any answers as to why or how this works and was promised a colleague would contact me. I am still waiting.
