Yoco Customer Service

This is a bit overdue. But I have to express my complete and utter satisfaction in the customer service I received from one amazing customer service representative by the name of Lulu. My expectations of what service I would receive from Yoco was luke warm at best from what I've heard before. But I would be doing a disservice by not giving credit where credit is due. She was exceptionally helpful, professional, courteous and willing. It's such a refreshing experience to engage with a person who you can tell really loves their job. And it was palpable through our engagement. She was able to help me order, purchase and deliver my new Yoco machine. It was seamless. You deserve your flowers, thank you Lulu!
