Yoco Counter Error message and no help from Yoco.

This is not the first time I've had to write about Yoco. I bought The Yoco POS Counter System this week. There's an error message and it shows that I must contact Support at Yoco. Its an email address, you cant get hold of anybody for help. The email has not been answered. R5000 is alot of money to spend on a product that you cant even set up and use. Dont waste your money on this system.
