Yoco complaint

Please assist with the following matter,I've been trading with yoco for 6months I then took a advance loan with them.After the loan had been approved they then said the funds would be in my account in 1 working day.Upon waiting for the for more than 3working day they then sent me a message stating my loan has been declined due to the same business name which someone took a loan on the same name lovely leaf from capital retail.I do not know who person who took the loan out,I took over the name not knowing there has been a loan that has been taken out with the business name.
