yoco bad service

Been trying to change my banking details and they advise that the company is not owned by me, i sent company docs and bank confirmation letter and then no response. basically i dont see yoco willing to assist or they simply do not know how to assist. Good device with super bad service. this is messing up my financials as the funds are going into the wrong account.
